Inspired by messages of peace and passive resistance, Sir Alistair Rai is quickly becoming a celeb favorite with its casual dresses, politically charged T-shirts and unique accessories. Katie Holmes wore the green Peace scarf on a lunch date, Drew Barrymore has been spotted in the Love scarf, Hayden Panettire has the Spring Jaipur Dress in green and Halle Berry has shown her political side in the “Obama For Change” t-shirt. Now you can get Sir Alistair Rai’s star style at 15% off the enitre site by entering the code “People.com” at checkout. Offer expires March 12th. Click here to check out our other exclusive deals.

What we love at Sir Alistair Rai:

Drew’s Love scarf, with discount $128 (originally $150), represents Hindu mantra’s Love, Karma, Truth, and Peace. The actual print is a Hindu/Buddhist prayer and is hand painted by artisans in India.

What Trends Are You Over?

LUIS GUERRA/RAMEY; Starsurf/Splash News

No matter how much we used to love it, sometimes seeing a look too many times (even on our fave celebs!) is enough to make us cringe. Our summer fling with colored frames is definitely finished. We were originally thrilled to see Wayfarers make a comeback, but by now, we’re a little tired of seeing red and white frames pop up on everyone from Sienna Miller and Mary-Kate Olsen to Drew Barrymore and Kirsten Dunst. It’s just too tough a look to work without a summer tan. But we want to know what you’re over! Tell us: What trend — fashion or otherwise — are you totally over and why?
