When Britney Spears is not stepping out from rehab, it seems like she’s in there shopping online. Over the weekend, Spears, who checked into Promises treatment center in Malibu last Thursday, went on an online shopping spree at Intuition, an L.A. fashion boutique and one of her favorite haunts (check out her previous visit here). Among the four large shopping bags of loot, PEOPLE has learned, was a pair of red Denim of Virtue skinny jeans, $170, a lavender halter dress by Tart ($200), a Rich and Skinny miniskirt, $145, and a Rory Beca silk tunic dress, $215. Since Spears couldn’t pick up the clothes herself, her mom, Lynne, did the honors and dropped the bags off during one of her visits. We guess it’s part of Brit’s retail therapy.

In our I Really Love My. . . gallery, we’ve noticed that Mary-Kate Olsen is not at all shy about recycling her favorite pieces. So, we got a kick reading a her piece in the New York Times Style magazine about why she loves her red Chanel purse so much. Turns out she stole it from twin sis Ashley, but we’ve seen her with the bag so many times that we can only picture it on her. Scarlett can now officially add designer to her resume. The starlet has teamed with Reebok to create a sporty clothing line called Scarlett Hearts Reebok which launches today, March 1. Even if you are not a hard-core gym freak, Scarlett says you will still love it. “It’s a lifestyle collection,” she says. “You can go directly from the gym, slip it on [and] go to meet your friends for coffee.” Featuring brightly colored sneakers, short-sleeved hoodies ($100), baseball tees ($50) with heart-shaped cutouts and comfy sweatpant leggings ($80) in grey and navy, the collection is “a mixture of both the ultrafeminine and urban lifestyle,” says Scarlett about her designs. One minute she was posing and vamping for pictures in a sexy minidress. But three minutes into Stella McCartney’s show at the Palais de Chaillot in Paris today, Jessica Biel was escorted from the designer’s front row – something never done at catwalk shows, which don’t last more than 15 to 20 minutes. A spokeswoman for McCartney told PEOPLE that Biel was jetlagged — the 24-year-old actress arrived in Paris from Los Angeles yesterday morning. But backstage, rumors flew that Biel was actually taken ill, as she did not reappear after she left the show. Lily Allen, the British singer who sat next to McCartney’s husband Alisdhair Willis in the front row, did manage to stay for the whole show, which included supermodels Daria Werbowy and Jessica Stam — and lots of black and gray woolly cardigans and big hooded anoraks paired with miniskirts.

She’s one of the world’s biggest fashion stars, but the Material Girl hates to shop. It’s true: “I’ve never liked shopping — I don’t like going into a store and going through racks,” Madonna tells the British edition of Elle. “So I’m happy to have girls who do it for me. What’s wrong with me?” But even still, she’s surrounded by fashion-conscious family members. “I like it when my husband wears suits and I tell him that on a regular basis,” Madonna says. Does he listen? “Yes, he does. He’s very obedient in the clothing department!” Her kids are another story. Though daughter Lourdes, 10, is modeling and testing the prototypes for Madonna’s children’s clothing line, a tie-in with her English Roses book series, she has her own outfit of choice. “My daughter is going through a phase of wearing jeans that are so tight she can’t bend her knees in them. I have a go at her and say, ‘Can’t you wear something else? You have a closet full of clothes and you wear the same pants every day. And please wear a belt because I don’t want to see your butt crack when you bend over.’ ” Likewise, her 6-year-old son, Rocco, “never wants to take off his Gap army fatigue pants. They both wear the same thing over and over again.” Guess they learned that from Mom.
